  • Fairhope Falls has secured the "Presenting sponsorship" for the Fairhope Arts & Crafts Festival
    being held in downtown Fairhope, March 2007.
  • Plans are in the works to open a beautiful sales and welcome facility onsite in February of 2007.
  • Construction on Phases 1, 2, and 3 is scheduled to begin in February of 2007.
  • The Builder Lot Selection event is scheduled for February 8, 2007.

This exciting project kicked off with a preferred builder event and BBQ on June 15, 2006.  The event was well attended by premier home builders from the area, and served as an introduction to Fairhope’s newest and most unique real estate opportunity.
